The business was originally set up in 1999 by Richard Neville who retired in 2011 at which time David Kirk acquired the practice. David has had his own practice since 1992.
The practice is managed by Lisa Thomas who has been with the firm since 2002 and obtained her insolvency license in 2009.

If a conflict of interest should arise, either between two or more of our clients, or in the provision of multiple services to a single client, we will take sure steps as are necessary to deal with the conflict. In resolving the conflict we would be guided by the Code of Ethics of the ICAEW section 220. In addition the firm is specifically subject to the ICAEW Code of Ethics sections 3 and 3.6.
